1. Cardiovascular disorders:

3. Rheumatic disorders

• articular and abarticular disorders of a degenerative and arthrosis type, chronic stage
• chronic degenerative diseases of the spine – spondylosis
• chronic inflammatory joint disorders, with normal biological samples
• focal rheumatisms (after removing the focus)
• osteoporosis

4. Other disorders

• endocrine disorders, generally hypofunctional
• eating disorders: compensated diabetes mellitus, obesity, gout, dermatological conditions (psoriasis, chronic eczema)

Mofettes have been used for a very long time in the treatment of several conditions (diseases of the arterial system, heart and cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, various types of rheumatic diseases, certain chronic gynaecological diseases, infertility and impotence problems). CO2 gas has a dilating effect on peripheral blood vessels, thus increasing blood circulation in muscles and connective tissues; it also lowers blood pressure, improves heart activity, increases peripheral and systemic circulation, improves exercise capacity and the quality of life, and increases concentration capacity. Contraindications

• general contraindications (acute febrile disorders; infectious diseases; venereal diseases in the contagious stage; carriers of pathogenic germs; cachectic states; malignant or benign tumours with known malignancy potential; haemorrhages of any kind; heart, kidney or liver failure)
• specific contraindications (myocardial infarction with severe evolution in the acute phase, ischemic heart diseases with frequent crises, painless cardiopathies with major rhythm or conduction disturbances, valvulopathies with heart failure phenomena or recent thrombotic accidents, arterial hypertension in stage 3 or arterial hypertension with complications, atherosclerosis stroke with mental and behavioural disorders, cerebral thrombotic accidents with important neurological sequelae). 

The prophylactic treatment is indicated for people subject to risk factors, namely stress, sedentary lifestyle, smoking, alcohol, and pollution.
The medical physical recovery treatment is carried out using the following types of main procedures with natural healing factors:

1. Carbonated mineral water bath (in individual tubs, in a semi-sitting position, with mineral water at a temperature of 32 degrees, it combines the effect of the thermal factor with that of the chemical factor and the hydrostatic pressure of the water.
